Manor House in Studzieniec
Manor House in Studzieniec
We love manors, palaces, and castles just as much as we love filming them. Unique places with history are a beautiful, romantic, and always impressive subject. In this case, a historic 18th-century manor in Studzieńec (Poland) was put up for sale. Our task was to create a film that would provide a detailed walkthrough of the property. It was essential to capture the authentic progress of the renovation works, depicting the current condition of this historic estate. Another important aspect was to showcase the entire grounds, including the historic park, as well as the distance from the main road or other buildings. This is a typical sales-oriented film, serving as a presentation of the property for potential clients.
Filming properties of this caliber, historical and of significant size, requires a thorough understanding of the client's expectations. After detailed discussions and site visits, we proceed to plan the various stages of production. On the day of filming, we must consider weather conditions, especially when using drones. If the property is undergoing renovation, equipped with poor lighting, and situated in wooded terrain, natural light becomes crucial. During the production of materials for such properties, it's important to showcase its actual condition, even if some rooms are at different stages of renovation completion. We avoid idealizing the image where unnecessary, as it can be counterproductive. Through an authentic, natural portrayal, the client can attract only those genuinely interested in purchasing.
Filming such unique historical monuments is our passion because they lie within our sphere of interests. We grew up in places steeped in history, so we keenly feel its significance. These locations will never return to the times when they operated at their best. We appreciate the individuals who bring them back to life. We feel honored that we can help preserve this history through our frames.
